The Senior PM role is responsible for work performance on multiple transportation projects. Provides all necessary direction, supervision, coordination, and follow-up on the work to ensure quality standards are met, efficiency levels are maintained, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities Oversees project design and development; monitors project schedules, budget and profitability; completes project proposals; works closely with clients acting as client advocate and ensuring satisfaction; develops staffing plans and project fee estimates; assists with business development; maintains individual project chargeability/utilization at or above assigned goal level; trains, supervises, evaluates, and mentors team members. Ability to work in a team environment is essential.
Requirements Must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering and design with a focus on roadway, highway, transit design, and federal projects. Must have 5 or more years increasingly responsible supervisory experience. Must have a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline and professional engineer (PE) registration required. This position requires knowledge in computer software utilized in the transportation industry - Highway/Roadway Design, InRoads Software, AutoCAD/MicroStation, Synchro/VISSIM. Responsibilities Performs Facilities/Pipeline Operations. Recommendations for vapor recovery system problems at various facilities, enhanced oil recovery, withdrawal and dehydration system problems, new dehydration and gas processing facilities, hydrocarbon/water condensate and hydrate problems in gas distribution system, trace constituent control and remediation. Engineering Design and/or Analysis. Preparation and/or development of natural gas processing system designs. Development and/or evaluation of laboratory analysis, computer simulation, and other technical information or processes. Evaluation and recommendation in the area of natural gas combustion processes and odorization. Natural Gas Vehicle (NGV) Applications. Support station installations, purification system design and evaluation, and trace constituent research and analysis.
Requirements 8 - 15 years of hands-on experience in oil and gas facilities. Demonstrated success in troubleshooting process equipment and systems, designing process plants and conducting HAZOP reviews. Experience working with field/plant personnel, Knowledge of process plant components such as two/three phase separators, absorption and distillation towers, compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, coolers, heaters, refrigeration units, fin-fan coolers, pipe flow, vapor recovery systems, etc. Knowledge of process simulation software (e.g. Process, Hysim, ChemCadII). Individual will generate calculations for Concrete and Structural Steel framing for multi-discipline projects relating to the energy industry on industrial facilities. The scope work will complete calculations, design and layout of beams, headers, and floor systems; location of lateral resisting elements (shear walls and/or steel frames); detailing of connections and shear transfers. Must be able to work in all phases of engineering from conceptual studies to industrial or utility facilities including the following:

8-15 years of work experience in the Air Quality, Waste, Water , and Safety industry in an engineering role (preferably in a consulting environment); and highly motivated to continue working in the Air Quality , Waste, Water, and Safety environmental field and expand their knowledge and experience
Extensive experience with Air Quality Permitting plus Compliance, Storm Water Permitting plus Compliance, SPCCs, Health and Safety Plans, Hazardous Waste Plans, Business Plans, and Annual Reporting; with the ability to manage multiple clients at any given time without losing focus of quality; should have a proven track record of successful regulatory work in dealing with regulatory agencies.
Must be well developed expertise in Air Quality Rules, Regulations and an Expertise in Waste, Water, and Safety Rules and Regulations; Good oral and written communication; and leadership skills while proficient Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

Environmental Engineer reporting to the Facility Manager who must be able to work with employees, managers, and regional and corporate staff.
Responsible for the Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) programs and compliance; including: adhering to the company’s Safety Procedures, developing plant procedures and information that’s specific to the equipment located at the company’s facility.
The job consist of ensuring that the facility and it’ subcontractor personnel are trained in the environmental, safety and health regulations and procedures in the industry specific to the Facility; conducting training, investigating accidents, preparing reports, coordinating medical assistance and emergency response requirements, site inspections and hazard analysis. Must have experience with hazardous waste regulations and practices.
Duties include the day-to-day review and analysis of compliance data, including Global Alliance in Management Education (CEMS) and air emissions. Will required site inspections and monitoring, all required environmental training (waste/water/air), maintaining and updating all required regulatory plans (SPCC, Greenhouse gas, Hazardous Material Business Plan), implementation of best management practices and, as necessary, conducting or participating in troubleshooting and correcting related operating or equipment problems. Detailed knowledge of California hazardous waste regulations and their application to solid waste management is important. Familiarity with RMP and EMIS is also helpful. Responsibilities include: overseeing environmental test plan development, testing and reviewing/preparing all required reports, tracking changes in regulations and updating other personnel as necessary.

Establishes work plan and multi-disciplinary staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel. Directs and coordinates activities of, Technicians and/or Inspectors to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. Initiates and reviews proposals. Participate in interviews and presentations as applicable. Maintain and secure positive relationship with current and past clients as assigned.
